Rental Information

  • 18th century house and gardens neighboring the Governor’s Mansion and the Capitol

  • Propane heaters can be rented for $50 per heater

  • Bridal room and Groom’s room located upstairs

  • 2½ restrooms in the house and 2 restrooms in the garden

  • Staging kitchen for caterers

  • Tent/Table/Chair rental package available

Rental Fees

Additional Events/Meetings not listed will be considered by the Haywood Hall Committee*

  • Haywood Hall House and Gardens is reserved for your event upon receipt of the 50% deposit and a signed contract.

  • The damage/clean up deposit and final payment of fees are due 90 days prior to the event.

  • The damage deposit is returned within 4 weeks after the event.

  • If the cost for repairs or cleaning exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, the Haywood Hall Committee will bill for the balance due. Labor incurred by the Haywood Hall Committee will be at a minimum of $100/hr.
